The owners and technician are very professional, and very fast and efficient, my dryer went out and service was set up the next day to fix it. I can tell you my dryer was running in 15 minutes, and drying all my laundry, keeping me from going to the laundry mat in the cold. Within 4 hours of my wife telling me we had a problem, TechCare came and repaired our oven. Issue was fixed and wonder why every other company takes at least 2 weeks to look at something, another 2 weeks to get the part, and another to install it.
